Flower beds

I live in a very leafy area in Ealing and there are colourful flower beds near my home.

There were beautiful tulips a month ago, then the flower beds were left bare for a week or two. This week I see some completely new plants. The sun is shining. What a glorious week!

Isn't it the same for love? There is a time to plant seeds and let them grow. Flowers will bloom when love is so beautiful. But when flowers die and love is gone, it's like the bare flower bed, you can only see brown soil and love becomes history. One needs to rest and reabsorb nutrients into the soul, before starting another love affair. If you immediately jump into a new relationship, chances are that you will be so tired that you have little to give.

If one wants to be wise, seek inspiration from the nature.
